Initial records: $399 — applies to all tiers regardless of age or treatment stage.

Primary dentition — before eruption of the first permanent tooth.
• Fee: $3,400 (includes up to 3 appliances, as needed per case).
Mixed dentition — 6’s are present.
• Fee: $4,900 (includes up to 5 appliances, as needed per case).
If additional appliances are required, an added $250-500 fee will be applied.
Mixed or permanent dentition. The need for clear aligners is what defines this tier.
• Fee: $6,900
When a patient's treatment needs advance beyond their original tier, the following supplemental fees apply. These are charged on top of the original tier fee.

• Fee: $5,200
• Includes Daytime and Nighttime appliances for TMJ management.

• Includes sleep apnea appliance and up to 3 sessions of laser therapy for soft tissue reduction.
